These terms and conditions apply to consumers ordering products from DANOIS-by-Njordwyn.dk for delivery in Denmark. When you as a consumer place an order on this web shop, you simultaneously accept these terms and conditions.

Payment & Price

When you shop at DANOIS-by-Njordwyn.dk you can pay with VISA, Mastercard and Mobilepay.

When paying by card, the amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped. We do not charge card fees.

The total price of the order, including VAT, any taxes, delivery costs, etc. will be stated when you place your order on DANOIS-by-Njordwyn.dk.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or

2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

Delivery & Shipping

Goods ordered at DANOIS-by-Njordwyn.dk are delivered free of charge within Denmark for purchases over DKK 399.

We do not deliver outside Denmark.

We deliver with PostNord, GLS, to parcel shops or home delivery depending on your wishes. Prices vary from 38 DKK - 60 DKK depending on choice.

If there is a delivery time for the individual items, this is stated on the respective product pages. If no delivery time is stated for a product, a delivery time of 3-4 business days can normally be expected.

If it is necessary for Njordwyn ApS to postpone the expected delivery time, you will be contacted by our customer service. If the product is not in stock, unforeseen circumstances arise in production or the like, you will be informed.

Changing orders

It is not possible to change an order that has already been placed via DANOIS-by-Njordwyn.dk. If you wish to change an order after it has been placed, you must contact customer service as soon as possible via info@njordwyn.com to cancel your order. Remember to provide the order number. If the goods have already been shipped, the purchase can be canceled, see the section on "Right of withdrawal".

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the cancellation period expires. You can send an email to info@njordwyn.com or use the standard cancellation form that you received with your order receipt, which you can also find here: Standard cancellation form

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will only get a portion of the shipping costs back.

If you have obtained a volume discount or free shipping, and then regret part of the purchase and no longer meet the condition for obtaining the volume discount, you will no longer be entitled to the value of the discount and it will be deducted from the amount returned.


Return

If you regret your purchase, you must return the goods to Njordwyn ApS without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods, and you bear the risk of the goods during the return.

We will contact you to arrange a return label with a carrier of our choice. You will be contacted by telephone if there are any practical questions regarding the return.

The condition of the item when you return it

However, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than that which was necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. You may therefore lose the purchase price in whole or in part, and the amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the goods and in some cases this may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

The original packaging is important for our ability to resell our products, and damaged or discarded packaging can therefore result in a decrease in the value of the item, and thus your ability to get the full purchase price back when returning it. We therefore recommend that you always return the item in the original undamaged packaging.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional costs in cases where you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer). The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold payment until we have received the returned item or until you have provided documentation of having returned the item, whichever is the earliest.

Right of complaint

The defects rules of the Danish Sales Act may apply. In accordance with the rules of the Danish Sales Act, you as a consumer have the right to complain for 24 months.

Contact us before sending the item.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item exchanged, your money back, or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

If you discover a fault or defect in a product, you must contact Njordwyn ApS as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. If you make a complaint within two months of the fault being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

In case of a complaint, you must contact Njordwyn ApS and explain what the error or defect is. Please fill out our complaint form.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for your shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address.

Njordwyn ApS is responsible for handling your information, which will be used to complete and deliver your order.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you, and you always have the right to request that the information be deleted.

Access to complaints

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact our customer service at info@njordwyn.com . If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:

In order to be able to complain, the product after the service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

Applicable law & jurisdiction

Purchases of goods on DANOIS-by-Njordwyn.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
