Biotin deficiency?

If you feel very tired, lethargic and have trouble maintaining healthy skin, strong nails and hair, you may be suffering from a biotin deficiency.

A deficiency in biotin can result in symptoms such as fatigue, skin rashes, hair loss, and soft nails.
